Contex IQ Flex A2 Scanner Warranty Upgrade to 3-Years On-Site.

Standard warranty is 2-years (first-year on-site) direct with Contex UK distributor, mainly within UK mainland. 
 

• Telephone support provided from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm local time, during weekdays. No support on weekends and holiday period.
• Average on-site response time is generally within 2 - 3 working days.
• Includes labour for hardware service and parts replacement, as needed at time of service.
• Consumables, such as parts affected by normal wear and tear (lamps, glass, white background plates and filters) are not covered under warranty and are charged extra.
• All warranty options are for the UK mainland. On-site warranty cover is also available for Ireland, Channel Islands and remote areas at extra cost.
• All warranty terms are subject Contex, the manufacturer terms and conditions.
