The Canon PRO-4100S SR Printer. is usually in stock for delivery the next working day. If you place your order for UK Mainland delivery before 3 pm and choose the free pallet drop option, we can make sure we process your order in time for same-day dispatch.
Standard (Courier) Delivery
A0 Print Solutions will ship the hardware via a suitable courier.
The hardware will be delivered (normally on a pallet) to the customers ground floor building ONLY.
The courier will NOT unpack the goods or help lift them. If the items are refused then a re-delivery charge will apply.
The customer MUST check the goods before they sign for them. Any damages reported after delivery can not be rectified if the customer signs for the goods as received in good condition.
We recommend that the customer signs for the goods as 'Unchecked' in case any transit damage is found after delivery.
Any missing or damaged items MUST be reported to A0 Print Solutions in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
Hand delivery, placement & installation
A0 Print Solutions will hand-deliver the hardware & place it within the user's office via a 2,3 or 4 man crew - ground floor, easy access only.
A0 Print Solutions will then install the hardware either to 1 x PC or a network connection (please see terms) & give user training with various test prints being produced.
A0 Print Solutions will install specific software drivers & utilities as required & give a basic overview to the user.
A0 Print Solutions will remove packaging from the customer site.
A0 Print Solutions will remove any existing inkjet printer at the customer’s request providing it is agreed before attendance and –
a) The existing printer is at the ground floor level with easy access for removal.
b) The device being removed is the same size and requires the same handling requirements as the device being delivered & installed.
i.e. two-man crew required to install new printer, printer to be removed can be removed by either one or two persons maximum.
c) The device being removed has been decommissioned ready for removal.
d) The device being removed does not require any special handling requirements or tools.
e) The device being removed does not contain any hazards materials/chemicals.
f) A0 Print Solutions or its contractors will not accept any liability for any damages or costs associated with the removal of the existing equipment.
g) A0 Print Solutions will store the removed device for 7 days after which A0 Print Solutions can dispose of the equipment as it sees fit and no costs associated with its disposal will be passed to the customer providing, they have met clauses b, c, d & e. Any costs incurred by A0 Print Solutions as a result of the customer not meeting these clauses will be passed to the customer.
h) For specialist removal/disposal of equipment – POA (Price on Application)
i) It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all data is removed from the printer being removed.
